Job Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading flight management services provider, we are searching for a VP Global Sales to join the business in the United States on a permanent basis.
The VP Global Sales will be responsible for providing a world-class service to customers through demonstrating exceptional commitment and a global proactive sales, marketing and business development of luxury service.
Responsibilities:
Seeking out and sourcing new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for luxury sales and business development
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Form intimate connections with the most affluent and influential individuals
Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Analyse budgets and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in Luxury Brand Sales, Marketing and Business Development, ideally within the aviation industry
In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and current events
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Superior time management and organizational skills
Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
