UX Visual Designer

We are looking for a collaborator. Someone eager to work side-by-side with product managers, developers, and users to embrace the idea that testing and failing fast is critical for product innovation. We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking designer who wants to be part of the next phase of Sun Country Airlines.

Essential Functions:

* Will be part of the team that will shape the future of Sun County’s digital direction (mobile, desktop, app) by designing and defining informative and engaging experiences for our customers.

* Is a strong visionary designer who can simultaneously bring life to a blank canvas, and dive into User Experience and Design details of existing experiences.

* Will develop journey maps, mockups, navigation flows, storyboards, wireframes, development guidelines and prototypes to form and communicate design ideas.

* Is going to play an active role in feedback and iteration through the product life cycle.

* Will develop and foster collaborative relationships across teams and disciplines to promote innovative thinking and teamwork.
