UXUI Designer

UX/UI Designer

Oaklands Global is currently recruiting a UX/UI Designer on behalf of our market leading UAV/Drone client based in France. This is a permanent position.

Our client are one of the world’s most experienced provider of drone-based solutions. Their solutions are used globally by customers in industries such as utilities, construction, agriculture, transportation, mining and oil & gas. 

Their cloud platform helps users manage various types of data : images, maps, plans, 3D models. It gives access to complex analysis tools and a collaborative space for users from different backgrounds. You will help design user interfaces to empower this audience.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product and development teams to solve design challenges

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Establish and enforce design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

 

 Qualifications:

 • A number of years experience designing UI for the web

• Professional SaaS tools design

• Working knowledge of key design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, etc.)

• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes/high fidelity mockups • Ability to communicate design ideas 

• Familiarity with design sprints and agile methodology
