The ideal candidate should have a Royal Navy background with operational experience of Royal Navy vessels and an understanding of manning structures. To define and confirm Manning System for Type 26. To provide inputs to support development of Type 26 manning diagrams and format outputs required by Type 26 Training team.

AT THE COAL FACE / TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To bring RN subject matter expertise to Type 26 project to assist in the development and production of Type 26 manning diagrams.
  • To work closely with Type 26 training team to ensure outputs from manning analysis meets the needs of the Training Needs Analysis work.
  • Manage manning analysis and provide regular updates to Type 26 Complementing Lead and Type 26 Operability Manager on status and compliance
  • Make recommendations, where appropriate, on process improvements identified during manning analysis.

ADDITIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION: WE SEEK A MANNING ANALYST WHO HAS WORKED IN A MILITARY / DEFENCE ENVIRONMENT / INDUSTRY WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR WHO IS CAPABLE OF OBTAINING SECURITY CLEARANCE (SC LEVEL MINIMUM)
