CAE Parc Aviation are presently accepting applications for the role of Travel Coordinator on a 6 / 9-month fixed term contract with our client airline based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all travel information requested is researched & priced in an efficient and timely manner
• To ensure accurate booking of flights, hotels and all other associated products
• Contact suppliers to ensure best possible rates
• Research and provide feasible solutions on all travel requests
• Provide administrative support & research across the business where require

Requirements

• Previous experience organising international travel is essential
• Excellent knowledge of Galileo is essential
• Previous experience with Windows-based software products necessary
• Candidates must have a good telephone manner, be a team player and be willing to support colleagues
