Trainer, Products and Systems

Reporting to the training supervisor, the incumbent will act as a resource person, a strategic player in Transat Travel external agent’s tasks learning. Hence, the trainer’s main responsibility is to coordinate and/or deliver virtual trainings using various approaches and ensuring customized follow-ups.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate training material and human resources;

* Manage online training assignments and trainee’s presence with LMS;

* Analyse training reports and follow up with trainees and external agents’ management team;

* Provide coaching, feedback and direction to trainees during training sessions;

* Conduct Virtual discussion groups;

* Follow up on external agents’ questions;

* Act as a content expert (SME) in training course development;

* Act as a resource person for Transat products, Transat Travel preferred partners, Transat booking and billing system;

* Constantly look for the best teaching, facilitation and coaching methods.

Requirements

* Available to work on flexible hours (evenings and week-ends;

* Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the travel business;

* Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written;

* Relevant experience in virtual training course;

* Knowledge of the LMS module of Success Factors, an asset;

* Solid knowledge of Transat products and systems;

* Excellent organisation skills;

* Ability for multitasking;

* Excellent introduction and communication skills;

* Ability to adapt to changes;

* Autonomy and resourcefulness;

* Demonstrate active listening and empathy.
