Job Role:

Spirit Airlines Quality Control is seeking a coordinator to provide administrative support for Engine build and NDT equipment movement. This individual will also provide support for processing day-to-day movement of company owned and borrowed tools. The
position is essential to the overall effectiveness of Spirit Airlines Maintenance and Quality Control operations. Adherence to company guidelines and policies are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input part number, serial numbers into TRAX for proper identification of inducted Aircraft Engines.

* Maintain NKS tooling inventory at remote locations.

* BI-WEEKLY INVENTORY PRINT FORM TRAX EMAILED TO LOCATIONS.
* PROCESSED BI-WEEKLY INVENTORY PRINT VERIFIED AGAINST STATION FINDINGS.
* ADJUSTMENTS MADE FROM FINDINGS.

* Provide TRAX administration support for all NDT equipment movement.
* Coordinate shipments of tools due calibration.

* REQUEST SENT TO STATIONS VIA EMAIL OF TOOLS VIA EMAIL OF TOOLS DUE CALIBRATION WITH REPAIR ORDER AND DESTINATION VENDOR.

* VERIFY TOOL RECEIVED AT VENDOR VIA EMAIL/FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL.

* Perform regular station audit of company tools.

* QUARTERLY AUDIT FORMS FROM STATION VISIT SUBMITTED TO SUPERVISOR/MANAGER FOR REVIEW OF COMPLETION.

* Generate request for tool movement from stations.

* EMAIL SENT TO STATION FOR TOOL MOVEMENT.
* ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TOOL RECEIVED IN STATION NEEDED.
* ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REQUEST FULFILLED THROUGH SCANNED COMAT SHEET.

Required Skills/Experience:

* High School Diploma / GED
* Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
* Must be able to work various shifts
* Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time
* 1-5 years of stockroom parts movement of aircraft records background; familiarity with commercial aviation parts, tools, and equipment

* Must demonstrate the ability to use and adapt to standard software and various web applications.

* Must be able to communicate effectively with all interfacing co-worker, vendors and suppliers.

* Must be able to quickly analyze and improving tooling requirements and mitigate line down scenarios.

* Must be able to support quality and maintenance at remote locations.
* Must be able to effectively present ideas to management and team members.
* Must be able to quickly analyze and improve tooling requirements.
