Our client, a leading defence company based in Bolton are looking for Mechanical fitters. £15.50 per hour PAYE for the first 12 weeks rising to £16.53 PAYE. Experience in Aerospace or Defence is essential for this role.

Time served mechanical fitters required for our client based in Bolton, initially for 6 months but could go on longer. Please only apply if you have an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or NVQ level 3.

As a mechanical fitter you will be responsible for carrying out manufacturing and test tasks within the mechanical department, in accordance with product certification procedures.

Be fully conversant with all equipment, tools and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle.

Ensure manufacturing build times are met.

Must be eligible to obtain full security clearance for this role.
