Ticketing and Reservations Officer 

Kuwait Airways has a full-time vacancy for the position of ticketing and reservation officer and we invite applications from candidates with the following attributes:

• Must have substantial experience in Airline Ticketing and Reservations
• Knowledge and experience in using Amadeus system
• Knowledge of IATA standard reservation and ticketing procedure
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills
• Good communication skills 
• Must be a great team player
• Fluency in English 
• Knowledge of Arabic language preferable but not essential
