Thermal Coating Technician II

Purpose & Scope:The Thermal Coating Technician is responsible for the manufacturing of pre-impregnated (prepreg) material coatings that can range in thickness from a thousandth of an inch up to an eighth of an inch. Thermal spray coatings have been used to protect parts from wear, abrasion, corrosion, high temperatures, etc. and to build dimensions on undersized parts. This vacancy is for a technician with some previous knowledge of the components, as well as some basic understanding and competence of the techniques and processes used while performing tasks as part of the team.
