THAAD Program Analyst - 1077393

Provides the on-site senior logistics support to Terminal High Altitude Project Office (THAAD) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Provides technical and logistics support to product support management, training and training devices, maintenance planning and engineering, supply chain management, sustaining engineering, support equipment, integrated electronic technical manuals, design interface and all other Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements. Prepares inputs into the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), System Training Plan, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Business Case Analysis, Core Logistics Analysis (CLA), and other logistics documentation required for program reviews. Prepares technical reports, programmatic briefings, milestone schedules, and major program briefs to senior leadership of THAAD Project Office (TPO), Product Mangers (PdM), and functional directorates. Prepares logistics milestone documentation and provides technical logistics analysis of cost, schedule and performance approaches for all phases of the THAAD life cycle. Prepares logistics inputs into Contracts Requirements Packages, Statements of Work, source selection criteria and plans. Develops the logistics content of senior briefings to COL/SES level addressing problems, courses of action, cost/benefit analysis, and recommends conclusions. Provides technical proficiency supporting integrated product teams to resolve complex programmatic problems in dynamic work environment. Creates, coordinates, tracks, and reports on THAAD logistics and product support efforts with all THAAD stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge, skills and abilities using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Powerpoint is required. Must possess an active Secret security clearance. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering Field is preferred. Requires at least 15 years of total logistics or acquisition experience with at least 5 years of specialization in at least two IPS elements.
