Zenith Aviation Limited, a Sunday Times Best Company to work for are looking to recruit a full-time Technical Records & Maintenance Planning Administrator to work 40 hours per week, based at Biggin Hill airport.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all appropriate legislative and company procedures are adhered to in order to ensure that the aircraft remain compliant and airworthy
- Liaison with Operations, Sales, CAW department and the Maintenance Team to ensure a common understanding of capability and capacity and ensure best utilisation of the aircraft
- Entry of flight and technical utilisation and maintenance compliance information data onto the computerised maintenance system
- Updating log books and CAW records with compliance and flight data
- Raise and review aircraft status reports on a weekly basis and inform the relevant departments of any further action required
- Planning scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in co-operation with the Maintenance, Sales and Operations Teams
- Identify provisional maintenance dates for allocated aircraft based on projected utilisation, liaise with operations and engineering departments and update the maintenance planning calendar with those maintenance dates
- Raise works orders as required
- Raise relevant documentation for maintenance inputs as required and on completion carry out technical records tasks to record work packs and return documentation to customer
- Accepting work orders for scheduled and AOG inputs in consultation with the Maintenance Team
- Preparation and submission of reports for aircraft utilisation and maintenance man-hours
- Planning company and third party inputs to component workshops and processing appropriate works orders
- Liaison with customers prior to and during maintenance inputs to ensure that they are fully updated with the latest status of their aircraft/component
Experience/Requirements:
- Essential - Previous experience in a Technical Records and/or Maintenance Planning role
- Use of CAFAM and CAMP
- Corporate Aviation experience
- Proficient knowledge of Office packages Word and Excel
- Candidates must have knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
- Excellent Organisational and Problem solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Must have good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
