In your role, you will:
- Update and execute an employee communication strategy that drives engagement and raise awareness for Bombardier’s business strategy across all levels of the Finance organization;
- Provide strategic communications counsel to the Finance Leadership team and the CFO, and support them on delivering effective leadership communications;
- Proactively identify communications opportunities to drive the transformation objectives of the Finance organization, address potential challenges;
- Develop communications templates, processes and tools that support our goal of creating a culture of communications throughout the organization;
- Define communications KPIs, measure their progress, and make recommendations for improvement;
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to understand the broader business context and align Finance communications with our global communications strategy.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You are a strategic thinker who is energized by change and driven by results;
- You are a storyteller with the ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint;
- You are passionate about people and the impact strong communications can have in supporting large-scale organizational changes;
- You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with teams across the world;
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or the equivalent in years of experience;
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communications experience with a focus on internal communications;
- You have an in-depth understanding of internal communications principles and practices;
- You demonstrate initiative as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- You have proven ability to coach C-suite executives, provide candid counsel and act as a trusted advisor;
- You have excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French. Spanish and German are an asset.
