Our customer who is a global player in the technical support of aircraft engines is urgently seeking Technical Trainers / Supervisor for Aircraft Engine Overhaul

Main Tasks:

Provide technical training in theory and practice on assembly/disassembly of aircraft engines
metal working hand skills, tools & equipment
technical standards and processes in MRO
Support personal development of trainees by coaching on aviation quality and safety awareness, personal excellence and professionalism in aviation maintenance
Provide guidance and leadership to training class assigned, e.g. by daily performance dialogues
Perform technical assessment on trainees
Create and improve training materials and methods
Support operation and development of the customers training center capabilities, e.g. for next engine type
Training is provided in English language and both in a Part 147 and Part 145 environment


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years documented practical experience in overhaul / maintenance of high-bypass jet engines.
  • Profound knowledge, understanding and ability to explain jet engine technology and MRO standards
  • Basic knowledge of providing technical instructions
  • Experience as trainer / assessor is a benefit; formal training to be a part 147 trainer will be provided
  • Knowledge of Part 145 requirements and their implementation in a maintenance organization processes
  • Passion for aviation, sharing experience and skills
  • Ability to coach, enjoying to work with trainees and in a learning environment
  • Assertiveness, able to take clear decisions and judge personal performance
  • Fluent in English i.a.w. CEFR C1
