Our World Leading Client is looking to recruit an individual to take on the role of a Technical Support Clerk within the Aerospace industry to start ASAP in the Filton area of Bristol!!

3-months on-going

Standard day shift paying £20ph LTD rate

Generally the ability to generate reports and raise change requests - updating adatabase etc., with a good knowledge of the company background

Role Description:
Technical Clerk will be responsible to deliver the following
* Change Reports and Techinal Repercussion Sheets creation in Integrated Change Control
* Ensure Tech domain inputs are complete in ICC
* Techincal Support Quality in line with Airbus standards
* Launch Technical Suppory in signatory loop
* Ensure Technical Support delivers to programme needs (Stage 0, Stage 3, Aircraft Delivery)
A throughput average rate of 10 TRSs per week is expected

Justification:
A Technical Support coordinator is required to double the throughput in the SA Wing Engineering (ESWR & ESWY) perimeter. You will be expected to
* Be fully conversant with the company Configuration Management process, ways of working and have access permission and working experience of the company ICC tool
* Coordinate and create and update in readiness for mod opening
* Deliver Full technical support requirements to enable mod closure
* Coordinate and drumbeat support completion between all technical domains including Design, Manufacturing, Stress (Static & F&DT), M&P, Maintenance & Repair, SRM, Aerodynamics, Airworthiness, EMH, Weights, ICY and CM teams
* Ensure quality is in line with company standards
* Launch techincal support in signatory loop (Design, CM Check, Airworthiness, Chief Engineer & Config Manager) and work with Engineering leaders to ensure all comments are resolved in a timely manner

Technical Support Prioritization is set through the weekly multi-functional alignment session. This session will defined and prioritized by the coordinator on a weekly basis.
The nature of the projects and governance will require site access to ensure alignment and an integrated way of working.

Required Skillset:

* Full MOD/Change process knowledge
* Agility to manage changing priorities and workload
* Engineering background preferred - Single Aisle would be a benefit
* Work independently
* Positive behaviours and proactive approach at all times
