A great opportunity has become available for an experience Maintenance Planner and Technical Records professional to join a dynamic charter airline.

Responsibilities as Technical Records & Maintenance Planner include:

Liaising with Technical Record, the Maintenance Team and Operations
Ensure that the appropriate company procedures are adhered to, ensuring that the aircraft remain airworthy and compliant
Entry of technical and maintenance compliance data onto the maintenance system
Review aircraft status reports weekly
Responsible for planning scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in co-operation with the Maintenance Team
Raise works orders as required
Raise relevant documentation for maintenance inputs as required
Accepting work orders for scheduled and AOG inputs in consultation with the Maintenance Team


Experience/Requirements:

Previous experience in a Maintenance Planning role is essential
Proficient with MS office and Excel
Knowledge and understanding of EASA regulations (Part M and Part 145)
Great problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
