STS Technical Services is hiring Technical Records Coordinators in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform audits of maintenance documentation to ensure effective compliance tracking and confirmation of accomplishment of scheduled maintenance and inspection tasks related to our client’s mandated maintenance programs and Airworthiness Directives.

* Ensure maintenance documentation is maintained in compliance with FAA and our client’s regulations.

* Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of handling and storing electronic records into a repository.

* Perform technical acceptance for maintenance records in accordance with FAA and our client.

* This position resolves aircraft component records issues and guides others to ensure compliance.

* Provide research and documentation of historical data for legal, aircraft retirements, sales, and return of aircraft, vendor exchanges, third party maintenance providers, manufacturers, and other airlines.

* To support these records packaged specialist will create Non-Incident Statement.

* Conduct research and provide supporting documentation for Back to Birth Trace.

* Participate in special projects, as requested.

* Developing and maintaining TOPP and SOPs for areas of responsibility for Coordinators.

* This position requires the practice of safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:

* Must have strong commitment to safety and compliance values. Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or business related field preferred or equivalent experience in the aviation maintenance environment, aircraft components tracking or maintenance forecasting, parts receiving or maintenance programs, or equivalent training and/or operations experience.

* Must have a background with the Blended Core Solution for component tracking and/or other similar record tracking systems.

* Must have an understanding and working knowledge of record retention policies and processes for engines, aircraft, and components associated with FAR 121.380, Advisory Circulars 39-9, 20-62E, FAR 121, 145 regulatory requirements with additional knowledge of industry standards.

* Candidate should demonstrate technical knowledge of aircraft and major assembly Engineering Action Requirements, 120.380, Advisory Circular 20-60E; Airworthiness Directives, FAA technical record policies, and OEM source documents.

* SAP knowledge and understanding of SAP a plus.

* Thorough knowledge and understanding of OEM source documents including major assembly, component and aircraft repair manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)/Illustrated Parts List (IPL), and manufacturer standard practice manuals and FAA technical record policies preferred.

* Strong working knowledge and proficiency in computer technology and software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Hyperion, Visio, and Documentum. A strong understanding of the importance to deliver the highest level of customer service.

* Must perform well under pressure with strong organizational skills.

* Strong understanding of SOPs and TOPPs that govern CSR. Able to handle stress and perform in a fast pace and high volume environment.

* Effective oral and written communication skills in order to interact with many levels of internal and external customers.

* Highly motivated, flexible, with an attention to detail.
