Technical Records Administrator
New permanent opportunity for a Technical Records Administrator based in West Sussex, working for an established and world leading component MRO.
Overview
- Ensure that all aircraft and power-plant technical records for owned and contracted assets are maintained to the required standard
- Review and audit of aircraft and power-plant technical records
- Update company IT systems
Responsibilities
- Audit technical records for content and completeness
- Liaison with contracted customers and suppliers to correct audit findings
- Completion of aircraft and engine logbooks
- Compilation of technical records package for asset lease return or sale
- Upload technical records to an electronic records management system
- Management of asset records in the Quantum IT system
- Storage of hard copy records in accordance with regulatory requirements
Person Specification
- Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communicator and team player
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is desirable
- Knowledge of document storage and filing systems knowledge
- Proficient MS Office user
