Job Role:
Yoh Solutions are actively recruiting for a Technical Publications and Technical Records Administrator to undertake an initial 12 month contract for its largest Aerospace client based in Frimley. Successful candidates will be work in the Aircraft records team supporting the following activities.
-To ensure that aircraft records are complete and accurate and storage and retention requirements are complied with.
-To ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Maintenance Management System.
- To manage aircraft configuration, ensuring that that the customer fleet remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities;
-Verify that Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correct and complete,
-Ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Maintenance Management System,
-Update Maintenance Management System for maintenance stations/bases that do not have access to the system.
-Monitor aircraft configuration and ensure all necessary actions are taken to ensure correct aircraft configuration.
-Ensure all aircraft records are filed and stored in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
-Good knowledge and understanding of commercial airline maintenance and engineering operations
-Ability to prioritise workload, often under time pressure
-Self-motivated, ability to work without supervision.
-Good IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office
