Job Role:

Reporting to the Systems Data Integrity Engineer, the main duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Performing Base maintenance planning in a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation.
  • Producing and reviewing long term maintenance forecast for the company fleet.
  • Preparing workscopes for base maintenance inputs
  • The production of all paperwork, technical data, material & tooling requirement listings required by the third party MROs to accomplish the base maintenance requirements.
  • Work Order management, production and control including production of long and short term maintenance plan.
  • Ongoing MPD review and AMP updates.
  • To ensure all work cards are fully authored and have the correct critical controls assigned.
  • Collation of work package paperwork for all AWC fleets
  • Maintaining the CAM system forecast and ensuring that all tasks are planned correctly.
  • Resolving day to day queries and liaising with other department/ organisations
  • Facilitating task cancellations and work package additions.
  • Liaison with the Maintenance facilities worldwide.
  • In conjunction with the Systems Data Integrity Engineer, the control of the aircraft, engine and APU Hard Time and On Condition/Condition Monitored Components in terms of accuracy of set up in the CAM IT system and their ongoing control, update and amendment.
  • Any other duties as requested by the Systems Data Integrity Engineer, Technical Services Manager or Engineering Director.

 

Experience / Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Part 145 maintenance environment is essential
  • Competency in Maintenance Planning functions is desirable
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of flexibility, teamwork and adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Have knowledge and experience in OASES systems, EASA and FAA regulations is preferable
  • Have an understanding of the Aircraft maintenance Programme. 
  • The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and the tenacity to follow any issues through to the conclusion
  • Previous experience in a Part M Environment in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Programmes, and Reliability or Technical Support would be beneficial to the role.
  • Familiarity in MPD, AMP, and CMM would be useful
