About The Job

This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties and project support. Primary responsibility of this job will consist of proofing technical changes that are authored by Technical Document Specialists to ensure compliance.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* ​Manages departmental self- audit program

* Monitors manual release tracking and archiving of airframe revisions

* Retrieves, downloads and prepares supplier pdf manuals for publication

* Compiles technical documentation for aircraft sale and lease

* Codes and processes OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer; Boeing, Airbus, Embraer) supplier invoices to the appropriate GL (general ledger) accounts in a timely manner

* Tracks Purchase Order expenses

* Communicates and works with suppliers to research and resolve billing related issues/discrepancies/disputes

* Manages, documents and generates statistical reports

* Generates applications for system access and software/hardware procurement

* Performs Work Brain functions for department

* Orders office supplies, organizes team meetings, etc.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* ​High School Diploma or GED equivalency

* ​Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

* Strong organizational, filing and analytical skills

* Ability to handle high volume of data/numbers with attention to detail and accuracy

* Must be a self-starter, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision

* Ability to prioritize multiple duties, and to work effectively under pressure, with good attitude, efficiency, patience and tact

* Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change

* Ability to assist on special projects and a willingness to learn and develop additional skills

* Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
