Job Description
Administers the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Technical Operations Division
Works with Corporate Learning and the LMS vendor to continually improve the LMS and the user experience
Utilizes knowledge of the LMS to configure certification paths, course fulfillments, notifications and training assignments within the system
Serves as LMS technical lead to the organization with a focus on resolution of learner issues including transcript issues, account requests, system functionality issues, etc.
Works with Corporate Learning and the LMS vendor to identify LMS issues and validate corrective actions
Supports the deployment of learning programs including uploading curricula, training assignments, student notification text and rules in LMS
Partners with Program Developers to deploy web-based training content
Utilizes LMS reporting capabilities to provide reports to the business and to assist in the development of custom reports
Utilizes knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend strategies for the management of qualifications, deployment of training and compliance reporting
Assists in providing issue resolution to key stakeholders
Creates high volume of travel reservations, including but not limiting to flights and hotel reservations, with attention to detail and accuracy
Job Qualifications
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in LMS platform including configuration and technical support
Experience with query and report development and analysis
Experience with LMS environments and the SCORM specification preferred
Experience with Sabre highly desired
Strong organizational, documentation and problem-solving skills
Ability to proactively plan and complete time-sensitive projects
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experience in working effectively under deadline pressure
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
