Team Leader

Shorterm Group are working with a leading logistics and warehouse solutions provider who require Team Leaders on an on going contract basis. You would be working across two sites in the Gloucester area on days, bridging or nights.

Job Purpose:
To maximise the performance of onsite operations by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities by providing leadership, motivation, training and development.

Main Responsibilities:
*Team management
*Direct daily activities to ensure a safe and secure working environment
*Manage all disciplinary issues
*Deliver team member performance reviews, development and /or succession planning
*Maximise accuracy and productivity
*Preparation and improvement or key performance indicators (KPIs)
*Continuous improvement
*Customer interfacing

Requirements:
*Experienced in a Team Leader role
*IT Literate, preferably on SAP
*Excellent organisational skills
*Experienced in dealing with customers
*Good analytical and numerical skills
