Talent Acquisition and People Advisor Tigerair

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Advisor to join us in our Tigerair team based at Tullamarine in Melbourne. You’ll be supporting our Tigerair team to recruit the very best talent and to identify and engage with top talent for the future. You’ll also be providing advice and support to the People team and the business in HR related matter.

What will you be doing:

You’ll be working with our hiring managers delivering an end to end recruitment process and be sharing your experience and expertise along the way. The work is varied and includes HR support so you’ll need to be able to carefully and confidently prioritise – but don’t worry, you’ll have the full support of an incredible team based across Australia who are passionate about what they do and how they turn up to work each day.

What you’ll need:

Right now, you’re an internal recruiter with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience. You will also be providing HR best practice expertise and should be able to translate your knowledge to support your stakeholders. Your recruitment experience means you are able to pivot in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. You will have the technical expertise to develop a unique Recruitment strategy for your portfolio in line with Tigerair’s values and vision.

We are a complex business and the needs of our hiring leaders are unique. You’ll need close attention to detail and be willing to support our People team with reporting and administrative work.
