Description:Systems Engineer for the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program. The successful applicant for this position will provide and apply systems engineering skills to current and future ICP products.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, development, and maintenance for new and existing system capabilities. Individual will interact with customer and subcontractor representatives on system requirements, design, documentation, and problem resolution. Additional responsibilities may include planning, scheduling, and budgeting systems engineering efforts as well as system testing.

The candidate should be a self-starter who is able to work independently and be involved in various life-cycle aspects of a program. A system engineering background as well as outstanding team building and customer interaction skills are required. Excellent organization and technical writing skills are essential. The applicant will be required to work closely with a software development team in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Systems Engineering background; experience analyzing, developing, and maintaining system and interface requirements.
- Outstanding team building and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Desired Skills:
- DOORS requirements management tool experience.
- System test experience.
- SONAR/underwater acoustic domain experience.
