If you have a true passion for Control and Delivery then look no further – This may be the position for you! We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Supply Officer based in Bremen, Germany.

You would be joining a leading global aviation organisation that offers a diverse range of services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for the coordination of the cost-optimized and timely availability of the basic equipment as well as of structural component parts in the aircraft in the Aftersales and Repair area. 

• Examination and clarification of production requirements data for completeness and correctness
• Requirements planning, scheduling and procurement of quality compliant components, devices, systems, materials and services
• Delivery monitoring (quantity, deadline, price) and communication with suppliers and internal customers or departments
• Control and analysis of the delivery performance of the manufacturer as well as master data maintenance of the material flows
• Identification and classification of risks and introduction of first corrective measures (risk management)
• Checking and rectification of delivery and service disruptions including recovery activities

Personal requirements:

• Independent, structured and results-oriented work, in order to plan deadlines in time, to coordinate work processes efficiently and to achieve goals in time
• Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and to maintain business relationships
• A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness in order to represent the respective interests well
• Good understanding of processes
