Carbon60 are seeking a Supply Chain Project Engineer to join a growing and vibrant international organisation who are located in the west midlands.

My client are a large international Aerospace organisation who pride themselves on achieving, developing their staff, increasing job satisfaction and empowering and inspiring there employees.

As the Supply Chain Project Engineer youll work across both of our Commercial and Military Aircraft Businesses. This will be achieved by successfully managing internal resources, budgets, and assets, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, youll successfully deliver on key customer, and program objectives.

You will also be a key contributor to the analysis, conceptual design, development, testing and sourcing of control hardware used on both Military and Commercial Vehicles.

You will need you to be proactive and forward thinking, seeking out the most effective and innovative way to work closely with our key suppliers to develop their capabilities and build relationships.

Key Experience:

Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
Demonstrated leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, planning and fiscal management.
Possess excellent proficiency levels required for effective project engineer-related responsibilities including leading multi-disciplined technical personnel involved in the design and development of complex systems.
Strong aerospace background with a focus upon Product Design and Development.
Seasoned knowledge of closed loop systems and mechanical hardware designs are also necessary.
