Responsibilities

Works with Leaders to know and understand the full spectrum of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Center of Excellence (COE) goals and initiatives; strategically aligns resources and orchestrates methods to execute and implement project deliverables balancing Stakeholder’s needs and desired results to successfully complete projects. This subject matter expert would support our SAP ECC environment and be knowledgable in regards to upstream and downstream effects any changes or new features might have to SAP and dependent systems.

WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

* Maintains continuous awareness of Companywide initiatives impacting the operations of Supply Chain Management and related systems
* Communicates and promotes SCM goals and initiatives through extensive relationship development including the Executive Leadership level
* Maintains detailed knowledge of all enterprise systems and applications with integrations or dependencies on both existing and planned SCM systems, policies, and procedures
* Independently leads SCM initiatives and projects with enterprise scope and impact

Functional Competencies:

Project Management

* Researches and provides best practice recommendations for ways to achieve project outcomes
* Develops accurate, timely and comprehensive project reports to facilitate management decision making
* Responsible for project accountability for the core Team and Project Managers
* Project Leadership
* Identifies projects and sets priorities based on business need
* Facilitates continuous improvement process projects for the implementation of specified new SCM standards for the Company
* Works as SCM COE subject matter expert to the Enterprise and presents information and/or findings to Senior Leadership on project outcomes and recommendations

* Knows the Team’s skillsets to determine the appropriate projects and tasks that are best suited for them
* Maintains up-to-date awareness and knowledge of upcoming changes in priority from the business
* Demonstrates organizational savvy being sensitive to how People in various organizations function

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
* MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

* 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or enterprise systems administration required
* 8+ years leading large scale enterprise projects required
* 3+ years of ERP or Source to Pay system support or administration experience preferred
* 3+ years D providing functional support for the SAP ECC module preferred
* Intermediate to expert level command of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Familiarity with following systems and applications, or equivalent, preferred:
* SAP ERP (speciifically source to pay and ECC)
* SAP Ariba
* Adobe Sign e-Signature platform
* Aero Exchange
* Quick Base

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION:

* Six Sigma Green belt, or greater, preferred

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

* Ability to perform work duties from desk/office work area for extended periods of time.

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information.
* Travel: Less than 10%
