Responsibilities

The Supervisor Quality Control - Field Services will work onsite at ATS - Aviation Technical Services in Everett, WA.

The shift for this role is: Fri-Monday, every weekend, swing shift hours approx. 2pm-2am

WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

* Train and provide technical support for vendor personnel.
* Perform detailed audits of vendor completed paperwork.
* Monitor performance of vendor maintenance.
* Perform necessary wizard transactions to document receiving of parts.
* Assure all work performed is in accordance with approved manuals, including the Maintenance Procedures Manual.
* Determine priorities of workload assigned.
* Complies with all directives set forth by the Q.C. Manager - Field Services.
* Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.
* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

* Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum 2 years of Inspector experience with a 121 carrier preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of QC Supervisory experience preferred.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION:

*
Must have a valid airframe and Powerplant license.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

* Must have corrected 20/20 vision and adequate hearing to facilitate inspection process.
* Must be able to work in a confined or cramped space for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
* Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

* Must have working knowledge of 737 aircraft systems.
* Must be computer literate, WIZARD system a plus.
* Able to read and comprehend Maintenance Procedures Manual, related documents, aircraft change orders, special items, logbook discrepancies and FAA Regulations.
* Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be able to communicate effectively, oral and written.
* Must be able to manage and establish a positive attitude with assigned personnel.
* Must have the ability to motivate others as part of a team and work under stressful situations.
* Must currently live within, or able to relocate by start date, to the Everett, WA area.
* Must be able to travel as needed per job requirements.
* Must be able to work shift: Fri-Monday, every weekend, swing shift hours approx. 2pm-2am

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint (highly preferred)

*

Experience with FAR 145/121 interface (rep for 121 at a 145), especially from a quality control perspective (highly preferred)

* Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
