Reporting to the
Stores Supervisor, the
Stores Administrator will provide administration support to the
Engineering Stores Team, through the efficient response to Technical Assistance queries, and ensuring that all Engineering Stores records are correctly updated and filed.
You will review and action requests to prioritise specific orders and items for processing by the
Storekeepers, responding to emails and requests in consultation with the Shift Leaders where required. The
Stores Administrator will monitor responses to Technical Assists submitted by other Engineering colleagues, updating records in our Engineering Maintenance Software (AMOS) and closing once satisfied.
In addition, you will liaise with other teams and external suppliers to resolves any inbound queries. Assisting with the accurate record keeping of
Engineering Stores paperwork and records is vital to the success of this role.
The successful candidate will be
IT literate and a
good communicator with
excellent organisational and time management skills. You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment delivering to tight timescales with a natural inclination to help.
