For our Part 145 Maintenance Department, we are currently looking for a:

 

Storekeeper (m/f)

 

Your Mission:

 

  • Select part and service suppliers based on operational needs (cost effectivity or TAT)

  • Order parts and services as required (based on cost effectivity or TAT)

  • Evaluate suppliers based on KPI’s (on time delivery, warranty cases) and /or supplier evaluations

  • Supervise storekeepers and logistic trainees

  • Handling of warranty issues and negotiation of warranty claims

  • Managing the stock of spare parts, consumables and tools

  • Handling of stock minima’s and inventory control

  • Prepare and provide spare parts, tools and material to the maintenance department

  • Inspecting delivered components and goods, in regard to the related documents, packing and condition

  • Being responsible for all shipments of components (exchange, repair, overhaul, AOG parts support)

  • Ensuring regular reporting to the Maintenance Manager

  • Participate in audits (EASA, ISO)

  • Crosscheck of purchase orders versus invoices



Your Profile:

 

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Ideally, you have at least 5 years experience in an aircraft maintenance environment;

  • Knowledge of logistics & supply chain and procurement is required

  • Capacity to understand technical matters

  • Knowledge of EASA & dangerous goods regulation is an asset

  • Being computer literate (MS-Office, AeroTrac or other store management IT tools)

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Luxemburgish, German and/or French are considered as an asset
