Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of large cleaning operation experience and 3 years of progressive management experience. Experience with aircraft cleaning services is desired.

As an ATS Station Manager you will:
* Understand contract requirements and customer expectations
* Supervise and direct the work of team members as they service aircraft
* Manage cabin cleaning schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts
* Responsible for hiring, OTJ training and ongoing team member professional development
* Serve as point person for customers and management to minimize or eliminate potential delays
* Thorough understanding and evaluation of IROP situations
* Responsible for meeting financial budget for station
* Observe and enforce all ATS and Airline safety regulations as well as company policies
* Actively search for and report to operations leadership any future business opportunities
* Assist with all team duties (perform aircraft security searches, clean and restock aircraft, etc.) as needed
* Responsible for various administrative duties and reporting
To be an ATS Station Manager you must:
* Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers
* Be at least 18 years of age and possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive 10-year employment, criminal record and residence background check
* Be able to lift, up to 30 pounds
* Be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull on a frequent basis and for extended periods
* Work around elevated noise levels
