Job Responsibilities

* Solves systems/technical problems at various levels in scope and complexity, which may requiredata and root cause analysis.

* Aptitude to question and discover the customers’ actual needs and requirements in the most expedient mannerAbility to understand and apply problem solving principles, concepts, practices and procedures with guidance as needed.

* Ensure timely resolution of customer support and assistance requests utilizing established procedures

* Engage with colleagues and team members to provide corrective action and resolutions to customer queries.

* Provide timely and accurate problem solving for assigned systems/products in response to requests from customer or customer service engineer to ensure highest performance and reliability.

* Collaborate with the wider organizational teams to drive performance improvements, share knowledge and improve customer experience.

* Performs other duties as assigned at various levels.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of a degree six years of related experience.

* US Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required.

* Must have a related technical background or related experience

* Must be prepared to work a Non-traditional work schedule: 6pm – 6am – 12-hour shift; 4 on, 4 off; Nights and/or Days; Or other (First 60 days of employment for training purpose will be Monday-Friday)

* Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, SAP & Google.
