Job Description 1. Provides end to end HR support to Cockpit Crew, Rostering, IOCC, Training, Flight Safety, IFS.
2. SPOC for the employee life cycle management of employees of Flight Operations and IFS (Probation, Confirmation, Transfer, Upgrades, Promotions, Increments co-ordination).
3. Follows-up all Contract Extension cases (FTC and Professional Contracts).
4. Assists VP -HR in critical positions recruitment - other than the areas of responsibility.
5. Responsible for entire On-boarding and Induction of the new recruits
6. Conducts Exit Interview of the separating employee
7. Monthly MIS Reporting (Headcount, Attrition, Recruitment Costs, Employee Insights etc) to VP-HR
8. Liaises with Rostering and Payroll for Flight duty data from ARMS.
