Provide administrative support within the department and assist with special projects.

* General data entry (high level of accuracy)
* Organize tasks and workflow
* Enter, retrieve, and analyze various information.
* Interact with other departments
* Research and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain project files and schedules
* Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
* Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
* Perform other assignments as required

Skills & Qualifications

* Attention to Detail
* Must have basic Microsoft Office skills, including e-mail, Word, and Excel - prefer intermediate to advance Excel skills
* May be required to navigate the Internet efficiently and effectively
* Able to work with a high level of accuracy
* Problem-solving and prioritization

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
- High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred

- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
