Responsibilities

-     Responsible for the oversight, delivery and performance (contractual service level commitments) for services solutions provided to Airlines, including monitoring On Time Performance and taking necessary actions to correct performance issues.
-     In charge of developing fleet technical management (FTM) services for the Airline.
-     Selling additional services to the customer, complementing the services solution that is being delivered.
-     Ensures compliance to Airworthiness regulation, as well as to safety and AIRBUS Ethics & Compliance directives
-     Ensures the whole team is well integrated in worldwide community by applying AIRBUS global Processes Methods and Tools, and by organizing participation to best practices sharing, improvement projects, ad-hoc support, training.
