We’re looking for an analytical, experienced and creative SEO specialist (Senior Growth Manager) to be based in our Singapore office, who can develop the SEO strategy by working closely with our market squads and people of varying experience levels of SEO within APAC region. You will define activities that will best improve acquisition of travelers through improved SEO performance that is specific to that market’s needs, together with assisting in global SEO strategies with the global SEO squad.

Skyscanner operates in a Tribes and Squads model and we have created an operating culture where there is a high level of trust, autonomy and transparency. Our growth managers work in autonomous teams (squads), they create their own backlog and don’t have dependencies in order to deliver to their users. What we are looking for

* Previous experience of working on SEO in multiple markets and being able to adapt strategies due to the nuances of the market and relevant search engines

* Experience in creating and delivering SEO strategies

* Strong ability and knowledge of data sources inside SEO contexts and how to leverage Google Analytics and Tableau

* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

* Efficient in devising and running experiments within SEO to help shape and prioritise growth tactics

* Experience in training and upskilling others in all aspects of SEO

* Ability to communicate and work effectively with others

* Product Led Growth Mindset. You have a great capability of spotting users’ needs and traveller problems to solve

* Self-driven. You have fantastic organisational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don’t get overwhelmed easily

* Ability to define problems, create solutions and own the delivery and drive change through in an autonomous fashion

* Naturally curious. You’re innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize

* Strong leadership experience. Being confident of defining the most impact tasks, stake holder management, ability to pivot where necessary and take people on this journey with you.
