Job Role:

The role includes:

·         Quoting charter flights taking into account availability, fleet optimization and operational restrictions

·         Negotiating prices with charter brokers, evaluating and understanding their requirements in order to close a sale

·         Generating contracts and invoices for closed sales

·         Achieving set team/individual revenue targets

·         Sharing of knowledge with Junior Sales Executives and assisting them whenever needed

·         Reviewing lost sales opportunities to learn and avoid a re-occurrence

·         Coordinating confirmed flights with the Operations Department and Flight Support

·         Defining and offering suitable alternative options in case of restrictions

·         Checking the schedule for the possibility to optimize the fleet; reduce ferry times or omit positioning legs completely

·         Booking of sub-charters with preferred partner operators subject to commercial approval

·         Maintaining long term relationships and developing repeat business

·         Maintaining up-to-date customer information and all customer interactions in the Company database (FOS)

·         Maintaining up-to-date department documents for statistics purposes

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Excellent written and verbal English skills (knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset)

·         Highly motivated, proactive and sales oriented with strong negotiating skills

·         Excellent organizational and communication skills

·         Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail

·         Previous experience in sales

·         Ability to work in a multitask environment

·         Natural enthusiasm and passion for excellence

·         Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales objectives

·         Minimum of 3 years working in business aviation
