Role Purpose
Establish, execute and monitor the managment of small/medium/large program to ensure full day to day co-ordination of the program
Key Accountability
Establish and drive role as a single point of responsibility to deliver the program in accordance with stakeholder agreements / commitments. Lead correlated projects within the program and guide project managers throughout the project phases
Lead the program process group (Concept / Planning / Delivery / Closure) which includes standard project deliverables or specific to a project
Liaise with Business IT, and IT SDM team to define the functional and technical requirments as well as IT operation readiness
Program manage schedule, cost, scope, benefit, issue & risk to ensure all are adequately managed. This also covers any highlights or issues raised by PMO, QA, SA Team, IT SDM Team, IT Governance Team
Lead and oversee the planning procurement activities such as sourcing, RFP, vendor evaluation, SOW & contract development

Field of Study
Management, IT/Computing, Business or related fields of study
Professional Certification PMP® or PRINCE2®
Working Expierance
10-14 yrs Related working experience
8-10 yrs in Experience in program management, and/or project management
Skills & Knowledge
Project management skills and experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
Client facing experience with large multifaceted projects
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office productivity suite especially Microsoft Project
Good command of english and competent in preparing reports / updates and project documentation that are concise and accurate
