In your role, you will:

- Negotiate the cross-functional harmonization with stakeholders for Wiring related PCR and RFC generated changes
- Oversee the entire Wiring change from problem definition through to implementation of the solution
- Establish accountability through governance systems and provide feedback to management on projects and results.
- Develop measures and metrics important to managing our business and implement corrective action as necessary to achieve project deliverables.
- Interact with other functional units and support Engineering and Methods at various meetings
- Adhere to BA processes with an eye to continuous improvement

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have an Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent work experience, with 8+ years demonstrated effectiveness and familiarity with Program/Project Management processes
- You have sound aircraft Engineering, and/or Operations experience, and PMP certification (an asset)
- You have aptitude for leadership and ability to influence
- You have a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential)
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
- You have pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities
- You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic
- You have the ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
- You have effective problem solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
- You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Bilingual communication skills both verbal and written in English and French (an asset)
