In your role, you will:

• Own and lead initiatives in which you will program manage the development of new AHMS products and services, in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, suppliers, service providers, Sales, Marketing, Operations Own and lead sustaining program management activities of the AHMS portfolio of products and services
• Participate in developing an overall AHMS portfolio for all of Bombardier Business Aircraft
• Become the reference for key AHMS systems and capabilities, and associated emerging services and technologies
• Capture feedback from internal and external customers and dynamically integrate this feedback into your initiatives on a continuous basis
• Make recommendations and drive decisions that are cost effective, timely, and feasible
• Support the integration of AHMS in other Bombardier departments
• Participate in trade events, support workshops within the organization
• Coordinate all tasks to meet requirements, within established budget and schedule
• Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You hold a University degree in Engineering or equivalent
• You have a business degree or an MBA (strong asset)
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineering field
• You have prior experience in program management
• You have the ability to manage initiatives of a technical, financial, marketing and general business nature
• You have experience with civil aircraft and airworthiness authorities (asset)
• You are ambitious and have a solid drive for results
• You have the ability to work autonomously, with little supervision
• You are organized, a team player, self-motivated, customer focused, and able to work under pressure
• You have demonstrated that you are pro-active, adaptable and flexible, you take initiative, you are innovative, have a strong sense of accountability and integrity
• You have the ability to influence and work with little formal authority
• You have strong oral and written English communications skills and functional French communication skills are desired
• You have excellent technical judgment
