Senior Program Analyst

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst at Patuxent River MD.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* Support program management on acquisition strategies and documentation
* Draft and provide analysis and input into Statements of Work (SOWs), program management plans, acquisition plans, procurement requests, and other acquisition documents
* Assist in the development of technical evaluations for proposals and support contract negotiation.
* Review and provide input to the Program Manager on contractor performance
* Track action items, develop metrics, and develop and track plans of action and milestones
* Support program briefings through slide generation, attendance, and presentation
* Support BFM and PM for budget review, POM issue sheet development and submittal, and Program Management Meetings
* Support the Senior Engineer in tracking SETR requirements and accomplishment and in scheduling and executing SETR events.

Education and Experience Requirements

* US Citizenship
* Must possess an active Top-Secret security clearance
* Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business or management field or equivalent additional experience.
* A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in a program analysis or management of systems acquisition requirements, analysis or management of budget/financial requirements.
* Experience with, and knowledge of, the DoD Acquisition process
* Understanding of the DoD budgetary process
* Experience supporting NAVAIR programs
* Demonstrated proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Office, and Excel

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Knowledge and capability in planning, managing, budgeting, and coordinating contract requirements
* Experience with, and knowledge of, the DoD Acquisition process.
* Detailed technical understanding of the DoD SETR process
* Experience supporting NAVAIR programs at multiple classification levels

Security Clearance

* This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
