Job Description
Responsible for the review and assist in the Global Sales CRM tool
Liaise with technical teams to develop and manage roadmaps and project plans
Oversee configuration and customization process for the Business Unit
Seek approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for the CRM
Liaise with Stakeholders and/or CRM Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained
Focus on developing and designing American Airlines account portals developing and maintaining the relevance, taking updates and understanding the technology to ensure AA is using best practices to design and execute account facing portals and internal capabilities
Provides guidance and assistance to your team and identify and analyze solutions associated to the day to day updates, issues and activities
Supporting our JB partners and internal customers on solutions for joining-up systems and sharing Sales data. Development and operational knowledge Microsoft Dynamics CRM products is a must to coordinate join-ups
Working directly with AA IT to communicate the Business Unit integration needs, like Silverpop, contracting, Power BI and Portals is critical for success
Job Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
Proficient in PowerPoint, MSWord, MS Excel, Access and SQL
Ability to self-manage time schedule
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and customization with certification, SharePoint and Power BI required
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification and ASP.net would be preferred
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
