Senior Payroll AdvisorController Norwegian

Job description

Including but not limited to:

• Ensure effective control points and quality checks are carried out against defined payroll processes

• Assist in the development of payroll processes in new areas

• Payroll reporting to HR and Finance

• Overall Payroll support for the management in Norwegian

• First point of contact with local HR, payroll providers and other relevant stakeholders

• Ensure compliance between Norwegian Group and local regulations, hereunder local legislation

• Have knowledge of Working Rules Agreements, country specific rules for social security

• Authorization of month-end payroll closing – bank approval

• Monthly reconciling of payroll accounts

• Follow up SLA´s with payroll providers

• Main work location at FBU

• Some traveling must be expected

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration (BBA) or related area

• Extensive experience in the end-to-end payroll running process

• Proven track record as a Payroll manager or similar

• Minimum five years experience in Payroll/Accounting management

• Excellent skills in Excel

• Experience from Payroll in the airline industry considered an asset but not a necessity

• Fluent in English, written and verbal
