Get onboard the UTC Aerospace Operations and Supply Chain team and play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery. Operations and Supply Chain employees have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.

The Supplier Operations Support Manager role is responsible for overseeing the Operational performance of the supplier as assigned by Supply Chain and Operations leadership. Responsibilities include Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Quality Control, Material Planning & Logistics and tactical Supply Chain. The position interacts with both internal and external customers at high frequency and with multiple levels within the organization of the business unit, supplier and affected external customers.

This position leads a Supplier Operations Support (SOS) team of Aerostructures and supplier employees through both direct and indirect reporting relationships. The Supplier Operations Support team performs all necessary activities to achieve immediate short term performance and minimize medium and long term risk to the Aerostructures business unit for suppliers that are severely underperforming.

Qualification:
* 10+ years of experience in SCM, Operations, Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years in a management role.

Education:
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field is required.
* Masters degree preferred.
