General responsibilities of the position: Area of Expertise:
Testing and control of raw materials and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations.

· Provides strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs in area of expertise
· Contributes to the company and the industry by advancing the level of knowledge within that discipline
· Provides cross-functional guidance and expertise
· Is seen as a leading expert within their field

Specific responsibilities of position: Provide OEM Focal Point for Program Quality to increase Customer and Program Focus, ensure that initial “quality” issues are addressed and resolved in line with customer expectations, identify Systemic Issues and drive resolution across all programs. Play an influential leadership role across the value stream by actively participating and contributing to the PMTs and PMMTs in order to accelerate resolution of systemic issues, OEM interventions and high visibility escapes. In partnership with OPM (co- lead), lead Customer Quality IPTs mandated by the PMT/PMMT. Provide visibility on major issues at OEMs as part of the weekly Quality Clinics and by interfacing with all required organizations. Define and implement tools (dashboards, etc.) to provide visibility, analyze trends, identify systemic issues and drive resolution of OEMIs and mitigation of potential future escapes and/or future interventions at the OEM and field.

Qualifications required: · Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years experience
· Master degree with a minimum of 7 years experience
