Senior Manager Business Development 2961

We are looking for motivated and creative individuals with a passion for making a difference in the aviation industry. You will be part of the team to conceptualize, develop and drive innovation projects to enhance the competitiveness of Changi Airport’s retail, F&B and services business, and develop new revenue generating initiatives. Specifically, you will be the leading the coordination and catalyzing of innovation projects, and/or new processes/business to make Changi Airport a destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional shopping experience. You will be required to take the lead in developing processes, networks and partnerships to enable innovation across CAG. You will be involved in project-based work that includes working across various divisions within CAG, and with external organizations.



Requirements:


Good Degree in any discipline
At least 7 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 2 should be in a team leader role.
Prior experience in business development and innovation would be an advantage.
Possess multi-tasking and project management skills
Able to thrive in a team environment and work well with others
Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication
