General responsibilities of the position: We currently have a position open in the Pricing & Lifecycle Strategy Group within Business Development. This new group being created will be responsible to identify opportunities to expand margins through pricing of our products throughout the aftermarket lifecycle. We are seeking a candidate at either the Senior Manager or Manager level. The role will report to the Associate Director of Pricing & Lifecycle Strategy group, Mr. Kostas Stassinos.

Specific responsibilities of position: Key work responsibilities for the individual will be tailored to their skills and abilities and will consist of one or more of the following functions:

- Business Case Support;
- Build and maintain a library of business cases that can be used for sensitivity analysis for aftermarket projects;
- Coordinate with Front Office (Strategic Engine Program Valuation - SEPV) on business cases, specifically representing the aftermarket portion of the assumptions and working closely with SEPV to mirror their methodology for forecasting and documentation;
- Coordinate / analyse the aftermarket submissions for business cases (MMP530). This will be done by communicating with programs responsible to determine costs, revenues, market penetration and all other key business case variables. The successful candidate will play a role in validation and positioning of these variables;
- Revenue Recognition;
- Responsible to coordinate with Financial Accounting and Reporting to develop a strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and practices;
- Development and maintenance of a Frequently Asked Questions list for revenue recognition;
- Act as a key resource to guide transactional teams in predicting and structuring agreements to optimize recognition.

Qualifications required: · Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years experience.
· Master degree with 4 to 7 years experience.

The ideal candidates will have a mix of financial, economic and marketing skills that will allow them to excel at a mix of the tasks above. A strong network of contacts within P&WC will be a definite asset that the individual will leverage to consolidate differing points of view and arrive at the best course of action. The candidate’s knowledge of customers, products and PW&C aftermarket will be a key differentiator in selection.
