Senior Group and Allocations Agent Qatar Airways Paris

About Your Job

We are looking for a Senior Group and Allocations Agent to manage and negotiate Qatar Airways Groups and seats allocations in respect of company processes and sales strategy. You will generate groups revenue and assist customers for all issues related to groups and allocation reservations. You will ensure the achievement of revenue budget and maintain the five star Qatar Airways service at all times.

Accountabilities: 

• Contribute to realization of Station Budget by optimizing group sales
• Report on other airlines practice (new destinations/sales conditions) to Travel Trade Sales Manager and recommend changes
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to create revenue
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Gather market and customer information

 

 

 

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Job-related experience within an airline or a relevant travel industry
• Excellent MS Word and Excel packages and sound knowledge of Amadeus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluent English and French language skills essential (both verbal and written)
