Senior Executive Safety Management

Position: Senior Executive Safety Management

Location: Delhi

Role & Responsibilities:

* Providing support to PIB in investigation of incidents and accidents, in accordance to DGCA and Airline’s requirements.
* Collect documents, written and verbal statements from Company personnel and external service providers to ensure that the Company appropriately identifies hazards that may be present in operations.
* Assist in performing risk assessments of identified hazards and maintain hazard log in co-ordination with Safety Action Groups.
* Maintain appropriate records of all safety investigations.
* Assist FSDS Nodal Officer in managing FSDS.
* Any other duties as assigned by the Manager Safety (SMS and FSDS) or the Chief of Safety.
* Administratively accountable to the Manager Safety (SMS and FSDS) and serves as a resource to all safety team members and provide support to PIB and SAGs.
* Assist in collecting factual details from incidents and would support PIB in safety investigations of accidents, hazard reports, and incidents.
* Responsible for managing all aspects of hazard identification and risk management in co-ordination with safety action groups and would assist the FSDS Nodal Officer in managing FSDS.

Eligibility:

* Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science
* Experience in flight safety or a pilot, or 3-years relevant technical experience in flight operations or maintenance.

* Strong IT skills
* Good analytical and planning skills.
* Spreadsheet development
* Report writing.
* Good interpersonal and communicational skills.
